As a registered charitable organization, Fertile Future is 100% funded by donations made towards our cause. It is these donations that will allow us to continue to develop resources and programs to help patients deal with cancer related fertility issues.
It is with profound sadness that we announce that one of our beloved Directors, Jennifer Berrigan has lost her battle with cancer. She is an amazing reminder of what the human spirit is made of, she was a super power in her own right.
Fertile Future will forever be indebted for her dedication and work towards ending the added pain of infertility for cancer patients. Jennifer was a mountain of strength as she spoke of her life and her cancer journey last year at the Hope Live Gala in Ottawa, where she stated, “dreams of becoming a parent helped me get through this difficult journey. The promise of a future family creates the Power of Hope everyday”. She continues to inspire and evoke change as she graciously requested donations go to her favourite charities. We are honoured and ever grateful to be chosen as part of this generous gift.
